Facebook Ad Manager: 

Facebook Ads Manager is where you can view, make changes and see results for all your campaigns, ad sets and ads (just like adwords account). You can find Ads Manager by going to https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager. Here you can create and run your ads, Target your ads to the people you care about, Set your budget, See how your ads are performing, See your billing summary, payment history and payment method info. 

In order to setup Ad account and billing method, you will need to follow these steps:

·  Once you are login to your business page go to the link https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager

·  Go to Ad Account setting on the top left side of the page

·  Go to Ad account setting and fill the information. Here you need to add your advertiser as Ad Account Admin or Ad Account Advertiser to work for your facebook Page. Once you give the access your advertiser will be able to create campaign, adverts & audience.

·  Select your business payment method from the drop down and fill in any other details as needed.
