Adwords Ad Rotation Settings to Get Clipped
Google AdWords ad rotation setting determines how AdWords delivers your ads into the auction.
Starting September 25, 2017, three updates can be made to simplify and make stronger ad rotation:
1. There will simplest be two ad rotation settings:
• "Optimize" will use Google's machine studying technology to deliver advertisements which might be anticipated to perform better than other advertisements in your ad group. Powered by Google’s machine learning technology, the new “optimize” setting prioritizes ads that are expected to perform better than other ads within an ad group. This setting will optimize your ads for clicks in each individual auction sing signals like keyword, search term, device, location and more.
• "Rotate indefinitely" will deliver your ads more evenly for an indefinite amount of time. While an optimized ad rotation works exceptional for many advertisers, we all know that a few of you prefer more control with an even rotation.
Starting September 25,"optimize for conversions" and "rotate evenly" can be greyed out in the AdWords interface. This means:
• Campaigns using "optimize for clicks", "optimize for conversions" or "rotate evenly" will use "optimize."
• Campaigns utilizing "rotate indefinitely" will stay the same.
2. Campaigns making use of smart Bidding will use "optimize" regardless of their advert rotation setting.
3. Ad rotation settings will be available at the ad group level meaning that you can use multiple rotation settings across a single campaign.
